From day one when I met Paul at the Riverside Hotel at the wedding fair he was so customer focused and he listened to what I had to say and what I wanted. All the way through the process before the wedding he was always on the other end of the phone to listen to requests and any ideas we had for our wedding day.
On the wedding day Paul was amazing with the children we had at the wedding keeping them entertained and also he was great with me and my husband Paul, was very patient on the day and was guided by what the customers wanted.
After the wedding Paul got our pictures back to us after just over a week and WOW these picture exceeded all of my expectations, they are incredible.
So really all we want to say is thank you so much Paul for capturing the most magical day of our lives and we have these pictures to look back on for years to come.
Anybody wants a photographer for their wedding 1000% Paul will have my recommendation.

My husband and I met Paul at a wedding fayre, we loved his bubbly personality and knew he would make us feel at ease behind the camera. We had a pre run at our wedding venue a few weeks out from our wedding and we felt confident Paul would do a good job on taking our wedding day photos.
Paul honestly made our wedding day so memorable, he had the kids involved helping him take photos, he had confetti shots with just the kids, he made absolutely everyone feel at ease behind the camera, we had SO many compliments on how much of a lovely photographer we picked.
Paul made sure we were able to get those golden hour shots, he helped us with poses and honestly I will recommend him to everyone because he really did make our day.

We wanted something a bit unusual! Our civil ceremony with a small number of close friends took place in April followed by a celebratory party in September. When we approached Paul to capture both he was extremely helpful and really listened to what we wanted - nothing too formal, relaxed and natural photos. He completely understood the brief, gave fantastic suggestions and worked with us to provide an outstanding record of both events. We are both thrilled with the results as are our friends and family. From the first phone discussion, to our rehearsal photos to on the day, he made everything easy, smooth and for someone not used to having photos taken...sober! He made it as if it was the most natural thing in the world. On the day we had our two children one 18 months the other 2 1/2 and he worked so well with them both, especially the eldest one who can be wary of strangers he got her doing some lovely poses and taking some photos herself! When we were doing the professional photos with friends and family members he got everyone smiling/laughing and making sure we had the best photos possible, he was so personable and easily mingled through the guests as well as knowing when to take a step back. So many people on the day told me how good he was and I couldn't agree more. I would recommend him to anyone.

He is friendly and totally put us all at ease, during the pre wedding photo shoot and the day of the wedding. Paul made sure we got the shots we wanted and went above and beyond in some very dodgy weather. He was fantastic with the kids and let my neice and nephew take some pictures, they were delighted!

From the very first conversation i had with Paul l new I was in safe hands, he was very professional
and suggested the venue that he regularly uses for these occasions.
It was a great choice as Paul knew all the best places to get some great photos.
He was patient with my 2 young grandchildren and even more so with my energetic 2 years old sprocker dog.
He let us choose all the combinations of photos and suggested others that we had overlooked.
We had a wonderful afternoon and now have some wonderful photos that will hold great memories going forwards.
I would highly recommend Paul for your special occasions and I thank him for mine.

Paul was our photographer for our wedding on 22/07/2023, he was absolutely amazing from start to finish, met up prior to the wedding to discuss our arrangements, he recommended various photos etc but also we were allowed input into this too. Paul was amazing from the start, always there to chat if we needed to ask any questions and worked so well on the day with the guests, even getting our own children involved with taking photographs.
I have never been one for feeling comfortable when it comes to having my photo taken but Paul knew exactly what he was doing and I was able to relax and everything just seemed so natural.
We woke up the next morning to a handful of photographs sent to my phone and then a week later we were sent the rest.
We have some great pictures to look back on and we cant thank him enough.

My son needed some shots for an acting talent agency. Phoned on Monday, he was here at my house setting up on Friday! Quick set up, so that we made the most of the time. Paul was very informative about photography and engaged my 16 year old from beginning to end. He made my son feel very relaxed and comfortable, making the experience very enjoyable. Paul was friendly and professional, a really lovely person.

Now, for the photos. We had samples sent over the weekend with the full set of pictures hand delivered on the Monday (3 days later). They are amazing and of such a high quality. If this wasn't enough, the final quality touch was a personalised memory card and box (Paul's details). Communication was first class throughout.

Would definitely recommend and use again in the future. Would give more stars if I could. Thank you Paul, we love all of the shots

We originally booked Paul in 2019 for our wedding but due to covid that didn’t happen, Paul was great throughout us having to postpone twice we had a venues change and then finally we had our venue cancel on us with just 7 weeks to go Paul was amazing he tried to help us find a new venue!! He just went above and beyond just being our photographer! And on the day he made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, all of our guests loved him!
And after our big day we got our beautiful pictures back very fast, and now have our canvas and photobook and we couldn’t be happier!!

This was the day I got to marry my best friend and soul mate Sarah. We couldn't of asked for anyone better to capture this day than Paul Spencer. He was amazing, we can't sing his praises enough, he made everything fun and a joy to do, nothing was too much trouble for him. Everyone at the wedding commented how amazing he was, he's managed to capture our day exactly as we wanted it and for that we thank you Paul. And from Sarah, this man is so talented, he is passionate about every photo he takes and he makes the whole experience such a relaxed one. I can't recommend him enough, its like having a good friend capture your special day in the most amazing way 🍾📸

I literally don’t know where to begin and I could write an essay but I’ll try and keep it brief! Paul is an amazing man, an extremely talented photographer with a keen eye for various shots and poses and stuff just comes to him with such enthusiasm that it really puts a smile on your face watching the wave of excitement that hits him when he gets inspired! He kept it light from beginning to end and made us all feel at ease! We literally had so many compliments about him all day and night and people asking for his details! After over a year of chatting and planning I’m sad our journey has come to an end! Thank you Paul from my new HUSBAND and our family! You’re simply the best!

What can we say about Paul. He is absolutely outstanding, couldn’t recommend Paul enough. He made our wedding extra special and he went out of his way to ensure we had a special day. 5 star service from start to finish, he’s absolutely brilliant with kids and it felt like Paul was part of the family. Paul absolutely helped make our day as special as it was. He was brilliant with the whole family, especially the youngest, even letting her get involved and letting her help him. Paul was so accommodating with us all and had us all laughing from start to finish and captured our day perfectly through his camera.

Paul was fantastic for our wedding, he has a great personality and had everyone laughing and got everyone involved. He has taken some beautiful and excellent pictures we have some lovely natural photos which was exactly what we wanted.

Tonight we received all of our wedding photos and we have spent a good 2 hours reminiscing about our big day, Paul Spencer put our AMAZING day into photos allowing us to never forget such beautiful memories that were made. Words can't describe how amazing Paul was as our photographer on our wedding day. Everyone was welcomed by his open, honest approach that allowed us to get some amazing photos of who we thought would never smile in a photo before! We didn't have many children at our wedding, with the few that we did have Paul was right in there with them, even allowing them to take a few photos with his camera! Which kept them laughing and giggling all day, so we have some lovely, charming photos of them. Even now, a good month after our wedding, we keep receiving lovely comments about Paul and about how just fantastic he was, and we couldn't agree anymore. :D
It is safe to say that we shall keep Paul's number for any other time we need a photographer because Paul is simply the best.
